THE WOMEN'S STREAMING TALK RADIO NETWORK STORY The Women's Sports Talk Show (WSTS) has been heard around the world for nearly a year now and we are steadily making our mark on the women's sports scene. We have grown primarily by word-of-mouth. We get e-mails on a daily basis telling us how people found us through a friend, and that "It's about time somebody created something like this". With the level of growth we have seen, it's clear that the WSTS has tapped into our audience's desire to hear a myriad of women's sports-related topics available on their computer, iPod or mp3 player. Internet Radio is a very powerful tool. The real
power is in the listener's ability to tune in live or download the
segments at their convenience. With the increase in the number of
listeners and downloads of the WSTS, we have decided to expand our
reach and create an opportunity for others to duplicate our success.
It has always been our goal to advance women
through inspiration and empowerment, this is where the concept of
Women's Streaming Talk Radio (WSTR) was born. The WSTR Network is a
new and unique approach to radio programming for women. The WSTR
Network will center around five categories of significance to women:
business, empowerment (inspiration), health, finance and sports.
